By commissioning me, you have read and fully agreed to my terms of service.

I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission that I may not be comfortable with.

I work best when given artistic freedom to create an image based on the characters you provide : I am happy to match a scene or pose that you have in mind, please allow and expect some variations.

Please, give me a realistic deadline: I can’t make a fully detailed illustration in less than a week. I also do not work well with rush orders.

Provide numerous useful references. Description of the wanted commission is required, the more details the better!

In the case where you have any size, resolution and/or color mode requirements, please inform me as soon as possible. If I already created the file and worked on it, I might not be able to change it.

Please ask if you are unsure what is and is not ok to do.

Claiming rights to the character, but not the drawing itself.

Sharing/Reposting the artwork any place they see fit, with proper credit.

Printing the artwork for personal use only.

Reproducing/using copyrighted artwork commercially without my knowledge.

Claiming the artwork as your own.

Removing my signature from the artwork.

Changing the artwork without my consent.

whether it be in your bio, shouting me out on a timer with your bot, linking to this site, or one of my socials.

Will you be using your commission for prints, merchandise, mass advertisements [such as YouTube ads], or other commercial use? If yes, it's commercial.

50% upfront before I start your commission and 50% after approved sketch or before I send the finished piece (recommended).

100% before I start working on your commission.

PAYPAL (Goods & Services) or through KO-FI are the only forms of payment I'm accepting.

Commissions made through VGEN, will be processed through VGEN. However, the VGen 5% service fee will be included in the sales tax (not included in base price).

Prices shown are for personal use only.

I will ONLY start working on your commission after receiving full or the first-rate of the agreed payment. No files or completed work on a commission will be sent until full payment is received.

Price will vary depending on the complexity of the character design, background or other elements I deem fit.

If the commission amount is over $100USD, payment plans are welcome.

A down-payment of at least 25% is needed for any payment plan. This is non-refundable.

We can then discuss how much you can pay every two weeks (after the down-payment — the first initial payment for the plan). After that, you will have two months to pay the rest.

Failure to complete payment, no money will be refunded and you will only receive the degree of the commission.

You are unsatisfied with a completed project. You expected to look at similar works made available, and decide in advance whether you want a commission done in my style.

Loss of interest. You are obligated to pay for a commission with the knowledge that this is a serious business transaction.

If you decide to cancel a commission which I have already started on and/or completed, no refunds will be given and only the piece which you have commissioned will be given to you. I recommend paying 50% before I start working, than paying the full amount upfront to avoid this unless you are 100% with going through with your piece and/or want it done in my style.

Commissioners who cancel commissions before work begins or during the work may not be eligible to commission again, especially those who have demonstrated a pattern of non-committal behavior during previous commissions

My timezone is GMT+8.

Commissions may take an estimated time of a minimum of 10 days - 2 months after approved sketch.

*Turnaround time (TAT) depends on these factors: order of commission/queues, buyers response to inquiries, complexity, health, work, or any other irl issues. You will be notified and updated regularly if any of these occur.

I sometimes finish earlier than the declared TAT, but I just like to put a decent amount of time because of unexpected circumstances on my end.

Take note that all of the prices mentioned above are the BASE PRICES for my commissions. All prices are in USD.

Simple backgrounds are free. These include simple color, pattern and transparent.

For now are things that I am not confident with doing yet for full body pieces, but may consider in the future.

Character complexity only applies for characters with (but not limited to) excess accessories, details, armor, weapons, detailed scenes/backgrounds, or anything that may be out of my comfort zone yet I am willing to try. Feel free to discuss with me beforehand!

*Commercial usage fee is a one time fee only for the art. You do not need to pay the commercial fee immediately. They may be purchased at a later date. Please reread my TOS for more information on commercial use.

First 3 revisions are free of charge! Any major revisions after the initial sketch will be charged. Please make sure to ask for revisions during the sketch phase

MAJOR REVISIONS include heavily changing the linework and any add-ons like extra accessories, etc.

MINOR REVISIONS include changes in shade of color, clean-ups, missing major accessories, etc.

Depending on your preference, I can create emotes from scratch or use the base from Takiimikiku / Loumon.
